Nada Kinniebrew is currently the Broker of Record of Kinniebrew Associates, Inc. and responsible for
new and existing home owner relationships along with serving as Property Manager and rental agent.
Her expertise also extends to working extremely close with Real Estate Investors and Short Sales.
With over 15 years of Real Estate Industry experience she has a specific focus on building relationships
through a servant leader management style.
A graduate of Willingboro High School, Nada grew up in Willingboro and was indoctrinated with a spirit of
excellence and a positive attitude through her Parents including her father that served in their church as
assistant pastor and within the state of NJ as an educator and was the Director of the NJ Dept. of
Education.
Prior to joining Kinniebrew Associates, Inc. Nada was with Candid Realty, Inc. and started her
professional career at Burlington County Bank. Initially starting as a teller, Nada was promoted to Head
Teller, Supervisor and ultimately to Branch Manager of the Burlington, NJ branch.
Nada prides herself in earning the respect from clients/customers through professionalism, interpersonal
skills and integrity.
She is also the current Women’s President of her church auxiliary and is a recipient of the BCHS
Volunteer Recognition Award for going above and beyond for the students of BCHS.
Nada is married with 3 children and additionally she enjoys cooking, health and fitness to include
swimming and spending time her family.
ROBERT L. KINNIEBREW, gri

Robert Kinniebrew has been licensed by the NJ realestate Commission as a salesperson and broker since 1970. In 1983 he served as president of the Burlington County Board of Realtors and selected as NJAR “Realtor of the Year”. He is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute. Mr. Kinniebrew served in the US Army 101st Airborne Division as a paratrooper and the elite green berets of the SPECIAL FORCES. He later joined as an officer and is a Vietnam Veteran. He has served as the (Executive Director) of the New Jersey Real Estate Commission. Before his appointment to the Commission by former Governor Jon Corzine and then re-appointed by Governor Chris Christie, the now former Executive.
Director Kinniebrew served two consecutive three year terms as a commissioner of the New Jersey Real Estate Commission, appointed by former Governor Christie Whitman and former Acting Governor Richard J. Codey. As the former Executive Director of the New Jersey Real Estate Commission, Director Kinniebrew had full oversight of the day to day operations of the Real Estate Commission, including decision making and duties that relate to supervision and regulation of the real estate industry in the State of New Jersey.
He is also a former director of the National Association of Realtors and was the president of the New Jersey Association of Realtors in 1996.
ROLANZO l. KINNIEBREW, board member
Rolanzo Kinniebrew has been responsible for serving the Corporate, Federal, and Military initiatives for real estate and mortgage financing for over 30 years and concentrated in employee relocation since 2000. He has been responsible for creating and launching national real estate programs and mortgage platforms for the needs of Corporate and Federal relocation clients.
Within the Federal Government Rolanzo was responsible for adhering to the FTR, JTR, and FAR. He is also the son of a Green Beret military Officer, Rolanzo grew up with a disciplined and code of conduct from a young age that has been applied to all relationships and new initiatives. Rolanzo’s passion has been serving in the real estate and relocation industry and has been the recipient of several leadership and excellence awards and innovative solutions awards from fortune 500 companies and recognized for fiscal responsibility from several large companies.
In addition, Rolanzo holds his CRP and Real Estate License, and is active in Local Worldwide ERC Chapters. He has served as President of the Greater Washington Employee Relocation Council, and personally serves as Assistant Director within his state Diocese. Also recognized as a recipient of Awards for going beyond the call of duty within his county, he was honored by The Fraternal Order of Police and “Citizens Hero” award by the prosecutor’s office within the state of NJ.
Married with Three children, Rolanzo enjoys family, collects watches, rides all types of motorcycles, has a severe passion for skiing out west and is a Kung Fu Practitioner.

Ebony Christian is the newest addition and member of the Kinniebrew Associates team, coming in with over 20+ years of Corporate experience and expertise in an array of industries. Her experience includes insurance law, retail and customer service, subcontracting and financial services to name just a few.
A 30 year resident of Burlington County and a graduate of Willingboro High School, Ebony brings with her a wealth of knowledge from working with such a diverse group of individuals. She personifies a true meaning and work ethic of Diversity, Equity, and inclusion.
Driven with a passion to assist others and serving the underserved, Ebony looks forward to assisting each person with their real estate goals whether buying or selling.

andre j. carroll, sales associate
Andre Carroll is an experienced member of the Kinniebrew Associates team, coming in with over ten years of management, customer service, and mediation training. A New Jersey native, AJ has served in high level managerial positions within the fast-food industry as well as the mortgage servicing industry. Prior to joining Kinniebrew Associates, AJ began his career as kitchen closer at McDonalds, where he received his first promotion in six months to “crew trainer.” In a years’ time, AJ went from “crew trainer” to “crew chief”, “shift manager”, and finally “Department Head Manager”, where he oversaw the largest department within the store, governing all employees and trainers: “The People Department.” From there, he went to expand his skillset by joining a large mortgage subsidiary as a “Collections Manager” and then an “Escalations Manager” where he managed elevated customer concerns.
A lover of people, AJ enjoys spending his time within small group settings where he thrives in uniting diverse groups of people with his bright smile, refreshing sense of humor, and outgoing personality. AJ serves as Vice President for a church youth auxiliary. A graduate of BCIT, majoring in Culinary Arts, AJ enjoys his down time with activities including cooking, traveling, singing, and all things basketball.
Kyle D. williams, sales associate
Kyle Williams is another new addition to our team. Kyle comes to us with a Diverse background of 6 years retail experience as a store manager, plus 4 years as a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep and 2 years entrepreneurial experience as the owner of a trucking company. Kyle is very active within the surrounding community and wears many hats. Kyle is the committee chair for his mentoring program, the treasurer for the Burlington City Youth Football Program, a High School Basketball coach at Burlington City High school, and an active member of The Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc.
A father of four, Kyle enjoys keeping his children and the youth active and exposing them to different things. Kyle is ready to WORK for you!! Kyle enjoys working with people and helping to ease the transition into and out of whatever home experience you desire.
